Newo Partner K3-Team Takes Olivia to Plus Eight Sprint Top 5
Newo's white-label partner in Australia turned seven weeks in Spacecubed's pre-accelerator into a live Voice AI product, with around 20 follow-up meetings already lined up.
PERTH, Australia. K3-Team, a white-label partner of Newo, has taken Olivia, its Voice AI receptionist, into the Top 5 solutions of Plus Eight Sprint, a pre-accelerator program run by the Perth innovation hub Spacecubed. Olivia is built on the Newo platform and is now live.
A white-label partner in action
Newo sells directly and through a white-label partner program, which lets partners launch Voice AI products under their own brand. Olivia is an example of that model: K3-Team developed and brands the product, and the Newo platform powers it.
K3-Team is a Perth company that designs CRM, ERP, and AI-powered workflows for Australian businesses. Its website notes 15+ years of experience. Its services include Odoo and Planfix implementation, automation with n8n and Make.com, and Newo Voice AI implementation. Olivia grew out of that mix of business-systems and AI work.
What Olivia does
Olivia is marketed as a 24/7 AI receptionist that handles calls, answers questions, captures leads, and books appointments. The call is only the start. She can pass collected details into a customer's CRM, ERP, calendar and notification tools, and hand over to a human with context when needed. A business decides what she knows and when to take over.
K3-Team originally built Olivia for electricians, plumbers and other trades. The team found the need is much broader: any business where a missed call can mean a lost customer, from property, automotive, and clinics to hospitality and professional services.
Seven weeks in Plus Eight Sprint
Plus Eight Sprint is a seven-week pre-accelerator for early-stage teams. Each session combines a mentor presentation, hands-on work on the participant's own business, and a weekly project review, with an orientation week at the start and a Pitch Night at the end.
K3-Team worked alongside a cohort of founders, facilitators, speakers, and mentors. One of the toughest exercises was condensing the idea into a one-minute pitch, "much harder than it sounds." The team made the Top 5 with support from the community vote.
