Bring Your Customer Questions
Pavel and Ksenia will join partners for an hour-long virtual session. Come with questions from the work you’re doing now: a customer conversation you’re preparing for, a setup question you haven’t resolved, or a capability you want to understand before recommending it.
Specific questions make these sessions useful. “How should I configure this for a customer who needs appointments routed to two locations?” gives the team more to work with than “Tell me about AI.” Bring the situation, explain what you’re trying to accomplish, and identify where you’re stuck.
Consider who else on your team should attend. The person selling a solution and the person configuring it may need different answers. Getting both into the conversation can save a second round of explanations later.
Where to Find Newo Product Updates and Partner Resources
Newo partners can find news, product announcements, event listings, webinars, and training content in the Partner Community on Circle. Bookmark it so you have a reliable starting point when a question comes up.
When you read a product update, think about the customers you already support. Does the change address something they’ve asked for? Could it affect a workflow you’ve configured? Do you need to test it before discussing it with them? A release announcement becomes useful when you understand what it means for a particular business.
The same applies to training. Choose a resource that helps with the next piece of work, then give yourself time to use it. If you’re unsure how an update applies to a customer, ask your Partner Manager for context before making a commitment.
Circle also gives partners a place to compare questions and share experience. A useful contribution can be as simple as explaining what you tried, what happened, and what you still need to resolve.
Considering the Newo AI Partner Program?
If you’re exploring a partnership, start with a customer need you can describe clearly. Perhaps a business needs help answering incoming calls or handling appointment requests. Define the job first, then consider how Newo’s Voice AI partner offering could fit into the way that business operates.
Newo offers a partner program with revenue-sharing opportunities, training, and support. It also offers a separate white-label arrangement for businesses that want to sell under their own brand. These arrangements have different terms, so discuss the appropriate model with the partnerships team.
Before that conversation, work through a few practical questions:
- Which customers have a phone workflow you could help improve?
- Who on your team would configure and maintain the solution?
- Who would handle customer questions after launch?
- How much time can you commit to training and delivery?
- Does the commercial opportunity make sense after support costs?
Those answers matter as much as your ability to sell. Under the Newo Partner Program, partners serve as their customers’ first point of contact for support and must meet certification requirements. Review the Newo Partner Program Policy to understand those responsibilities before applying.
How to Register for the Newo Partner Webinar
Log in to Circle to sign up and join the webinar on November 11. Contact your Partner Manager if you or a colleague needs access to the community.
Bring the customer question you’ve been meaning to ask. The next time it comes up, you’ll have a better answer than “I know I saw that somewhere.”
